Overview
Balance shows your available funds and recent transactions. Start a top-up, select an amount and complete online payment. Funds update after payment is confirmed; returning from the payment provider alone does not confirm a credit.
Steps & notes
Check pending top-ups and payment requests through their detail pages. If topping up is unavailable, follow the notices about billing details, permissions or unavailable payments.
Invoices lists your documents and lets you download available invoices as PDFs. For questions, compare invoice numbers, order numbers and transactions. Updating billing details does not replace already issued invoices.
