Overview
Open Products and select a service. Review status, duration and contract details. Depending on category, product details link to server management, domain management or the webspace panel.
Steps & notes
Server management shows status and access details and lets you start, stop or restart an active VPS. Wait for status to update after an action. Stopping a server does not cancel its contract.
Domain management contains DNS, DNSSEC and nameservers. Read existing records and save needed values before changing them. When replacing a DNS list, include every supported record you want to keep. Use the webspace panel for websites, email and databases; keep direct login links confidential.
Use the offered renewal for eligible services. Cancellation takes effect at the permitted contract end, not necessarily immediately. Check the displayed effective date, minimum term and notice period. Renew prepaid services in time if you want to keep them running.
