Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Below we inform you about the requirements, the period and the consequences of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
When withdrawing, please include your customer or order number where possible so that we can clearly assign your statement.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
If you expressly requested services to begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate amount for services supplied before withdrawal is due only where statutory conditions and proper information requirements are met.
For paid services, withdrawal expires only upon full performance where, before commencement, you expressly agreed to early commencement and acknowledged losing the right on full performance. Merely activating an ongoing hosting service is not full performance.
For paid digital content supplied without a tangible medium, withdrawal expires on commencement only where you expressly consented to commencement before the withdrawal deadline, acknowledged losing the right and received a contract confirmation under section 312f BGB. Accepting these terms alone is insufficient.
(If you wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete this form and return it to us.)
